We currently only provide support by email. We answer all queries within 24 hours - though our average response time is under 3 hours.

We recommend that you send the email by clicking on the support email link on the Setup/ Contact tab in SliQ. This way, SliQ will add some information into your email automatically such as the version of Windows you are using and your registration details.
